Ordering

To propose a project, request a quote, or submit an inquiry please use the form available on the Contact page.

Order placement is dependent on availability.

Availability

Opening announcements are made via journal on FurAffinity as well as my Telegram Commission Channel. Openings are announced one week in advance. Subscribers on Patreon have priority slot access.

Will Draw

✔ Moderate Violence and Action Scenarios
✔ All body types (chubby, muscular, lithe, etc.)
✔ Mature Content and soft fetishes (i.e. bondage, role-play, etc.)
✔ Mechas and other Robots

Will Not Draw

✘ Extreme gore or excessively violent scenarios
✘ Extreme Fetishes (vore, inflation, feeding, ect.)
✘ Animal Genitalia

✘ Discriminatory, Harmful, or Illegal subject matter

I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.

Payment

✏ Payment is due upfront. This is required to reserve your slot.
✏ Accepted payment methods: Paypal®, E-Transfer®, Cash.
✏ Payment plans are available for large projects.
✏ Projects will not be completed or delivered if the full payment has not been received.
✏ Please note that an additional charge of 15% may apply should you request to keep your commission private, excluding it from being added to my portfolio. If this is the case please include this as part of the criteria for your project.

Additional Costs

✏ Complex designs, markings or tattoos
✏ Complex clothing, armour, weapons, or accessories
✏ Complex backgrounds and location design

Timeframe and Deadlines

Progress Updates and Revisions

✏ Deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon during the proposal stage. Should an agreed deadline not be discussed, as a rule of thumb, 1 week per $10usd of total cost.

✏ Average completion time is one to two month from receiving payment. Depending on the size and scope of the project, and other factors more time may be required.
✏ In the event of roadblocks you will be contacted immediately to discuss solutions.
✏ In extremely rare circumstances, I have the right to terminate the commission at any point for any reason. Should this happen I will refund the amount minus time spent. You will receive what has been completed.

✏ Regular project updates will be provided through your preferred mode of contact. You will have the ability to make any changes, within reason and in accordance with the terms of your proposal, to the project during each stage. Revisions will not be possible once the changes have been approved.
 

✏ Should you wish to make changes to the project please contact me with a detailed description of the changes you wish to have implemented.  Your commission file will be updated to include the changes. Additional costs may apply.

Commercial Use and Large Projects

✏ For the acquisition of assets; described as graphics, images, Illustrations, logos etc., for the purpose of Commercial Use or in the case of projects that may require larger than average workloads and/or span a significant amount of time, please submit a formal proposal by filling out This Form.

Refunds

✏ From date of payment there will be a 1 week window wherein you can cancel your commission for a full refund, so long as significant work has not been done to the project. Past this 1 week mark full refunds will not be possible

✏ Should you wish to terminate a project please make sure that it is within the constraints of our contract and does not violate such an agreement. Violation of a contract will render your project as  void and you forfeit rights to the work completed for your project and all processed payments. All completed work will be destroyed.

​

✏  If you are eligible for a partial refund after the cancellation of a project, you will be refunded the amount minus time spent on the project. You will receive all work that was produced up to that point.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

 

Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before submitting a proposal or request for service. Your access to and/or use of the services provided on this website are conditioned by your acceptance and adherence to the Terms outlined here.

 

By accessing this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms will result in the forfeiture of your ability to access and use these services provided on this Site.

 

The use of these services may require that certain information relevant to your project is provided including, your name, physical address, and email address.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

Unless otherwise stated, the Artworks displayed on this website is the propriety property of Sio O'Connor. The characters depicted in these Artworks are the intellectual property of their respective owners and subject to the protection of copyright and trademark laws and other intellectual property rights of Canada as well as foreign jurisdictions.

 

The Content on this website is provided “AS IS” for personal use only. As in accordance with these Terms and Conditions no part of this Site or it's contents can be copied, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express prior written permission.

 

Using this Site in abidance with these Terms, you are permitted to download the content available on this Site for personal, non-commercial use.

 

USER CONDUCT

 

By using this site you warrant that:

 

  1. You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions

  2. You are not under the age of 13

  3. If you are a minor you will not access content clearly labeled as Mature or 18+.

  4. You will not exploit the content on this Site

  5. You will not use this Site in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

 

If you provide any information, or content such as character references, that is untrue or that you do not own the express rights to, I reserve the right to terminate any active projects and refuse any future use of the services offered on this Site.

 

SITE MANAGEMENT

 

I reserve the right to:

  1. Take appropriate legal action against any one who violates the law or these Terms and Conditions, including reporting such user to law enforcement;

  2. Terminate a project for any reason, including but not limited to breach of contract, violations of these Terms and Conditions, rude or otherwise unacceptable behavior, etc.;

  3. Refuse service to individuals who violate these Terms and Conditions, are know to use content in harmful ways, scam or swindle other creators in my field, or are involved in illegal activity;

  4. Use work I have created through my services in portfolios, advertisement of my services, sharing on my public and private social platforms, aggregation, transformative purposes, republishing, distribution, and sale by way of prints unless otherwise stated;

  5. Manage this Site in a manner that protects my rights and property to maintain productivity;

 

TERMINATION

 

I reserve the right to terminate any projects, cease communications with, and/or refuse service to any user who: violates the Terms and Conditions, breaches a contract, behaves inappropriately, provides untrue information such as age, name, or payment details, and/or provides content that he or she does not own the express rights to within reason and that does not comply with Fair Use under the Canadian Copyright Act.

 

Suspicious or illegal conduct will result in immediate termination of service and I reserve the right to report such behavior, as well as any individuals involved, to law enforcement.

 

MODIFICATIONS

 

I reserve the right to revise, update, or modify the contents of this Site at my sole discretion and without notice, by way of changing, removing, or discontinuing certain aspects including these Terms and Conditions, price rates, products and services, etc.

 

DISCLAIMER

 

BY USING THIS SITE YOU AGREE THAT THE ACTIVITY YOU ENGAGE IN AND THE SERVICES YOU USE ON THIS SITE ARE DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY, AND AM NOT LIABLE FOR THE INTENTIONAL MISUSE OF THE FEATURES ON THIS SITE OR ANY DISREGARD FOR ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY USERS WHO WILFULLY DO SO.

 

USER DATA

 

Certain data that you transmit through contact, payment, or project contracts, including your name, email address, and physical address will be maintained for the purpose of managing projects, proposals, and requests

 

You agree that I shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and waive the any right of action against myself in relation to any such loss or corruption of such data.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

These Terms and Conditions operate to the fullest extent permitted by law and all Terms, policies, and conduct requirements posted to this Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and I.
